Contact the publisher
One email address, no form, nothing to fill in. Infiniti Hub collects no information through this site, and that includes this page.
Write to info@infinitihub.online. The address goes to the editorial team at BJ PLOMBERIE ET CLIMATISATION, which publishes this site.
There is no contact form here and no field in which to enter anything. That is deliberate: a form would collect personal information this site has no use for, and the cleanest way to protect information is not to hold it. What a reader puts in an email is handled as described in the privacy policy, which also sets out how long such messages are kept.

What this address is useful for
- Corrections
- If a statement on any entry is wrong or has gone out of date, name the page and the statement. Corrections are made on the page rather than noted elsewhere.
- Questions about the commercial arrangement
- How this site is funded is set out on the affiliate disclosure page. Anything that page does not answer can be asked here.
- Privacy requests
- Requests for access to, or correction of, personal information held by the publisher. The privacy policy describes what is held, which is very little, and the routes available if a request is not resolved.
- Legal and rights notices
- Including any notice relating to trade marks or other material referred to on this site.
What this address cannot help with
Infiniti Hub does not operate, represent or speak for any game or any game operator, and it has no access to any player's account.
- Account problems, password resets and activation emails are handled by the game operator's own support channel. This site cannot see, reset or recover an account.
- Refunds and billing disputes go to whoever took the payment: the game operator, or the app store if the purchase was made inside a mobile app. The consumer rights entry sets out the order to approach them in.
- Reports of abuse or unsafe contact inside a game go to the game's own reporting tool and, where serious, to the eSafety Commissioner. Where a person is in immediate danger, contact the police.
- Scams and fake game sites can be reported to Scamwatch.
A note on messages this publisher will not send
Infiniti Hub does not run a mailing list and will never send an unsolicited message, a promotional offer or a request for any kind of credential. Any message claiming to come from this site and asking for a password, a payment or personal details did not come from here, and it can be reported at scamwatch.gov.au.
